Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock levels efficiently Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative input where appropriate Adhere to food safety protocols at all times, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes Serving experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is important

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
