Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
Serve dishes to guests when necessary, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
Qualifications
