We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and supervising the kitchen staff. Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among kitchen personnel. Help resolve any issues that arise during service, ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritised.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge within the field.

Pay: 12.21-17.00 per hour
