The Ferry House Inn is looking for an enthusiastic; hard-working and creative chef/cook to join our kitchen team.
The successful candidate will work alongside our busy kitchen team, in a family-style environment preparing dishes from locally sourced produce for seasonal menus for our restaurant; lounge and outside summer dining operation. You will be responsible for the preparation and service of food to a high quality.
Applicants should have a real passion for delivering exceptional home-cooked dishes in a time-pressured environment, whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in line with EHO requirements along with all orders, stock and margin control.
