We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead and coach our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and a commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing a team, and ensuring that dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality of dishes Prepare and cook meals Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment Develop new menu items and seasonal specials to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with experience in team management In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines Previous supervising experience is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members A passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
