Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for Cook/Chef at our busy cafe Home Coffee in Oxton village.

What we are looking for : A passionate and Creative individual who strives to make excellent dishes with willingness to learn and develop their skills in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in previous kitchens and should be able to work individually each service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while considering specialty dishes for our specials menu
- Ensure food quality meets the highest standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, neat and organised kitchen environment
- Assist in stock management and stock rotation
- Monitor and uphold food safety standards at all times
- Able to work individually

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a kitchen
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, must have health and hygiene certificate up to date.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, weekends especially
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
