We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of commercial cook experience, who is hard working, organised, creative and passionate about food and customer service. You will be able to work in a fact paced, high turnover environment, have good communication skills, be a team player, but also have the ability and confidence to work unsupervised when required. You will be able to work a flexible schedule of daytime hours; weekends and public holidays (NO EVENINGS) latest 6pm finish!
Applicants must possess the following skills:
Understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations and general compliance (Preferably minimum Level 2)*
Food preparation, cooking and presentation.*
High standards in kitchen hygiene and cleaning.*
