As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Ensure all aspects of food preparation and production are a high standard of quality and presentation.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of food production processes.
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and management.
A relevant culinary qualification is desirable but not essential; practical experience will be highly valued.
