Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability. Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in handling ingredients. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing exceptional service to guests.
