To work as part of a team in a very busy catering department to be responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level and attention to detail is key.

Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to customers

Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work place

Able to multi task

Maintain thorough understanding of menus and preparation techniques

Able to work in a high pace and hot environment.

knowledge of cooking procedures

label and date all food stored and rotate food as required

Must be able to work as part of a team and under own initiative

Positive work attitude.
