Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist in meal planning and menu development to offer diverse and appealing options Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods Serve dishes to guests when required, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Follow health and safety procedures diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff

Experience



Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Previous experience in restaurant or catering services is highly desirable Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service excellence is advantageous
