- Oversee all aspects of food production in the kitchen
- Ensure food safety regulations are strictly followed
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Manage inventory and control food costs effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Creative flair for developing innovative dishes whilst meeting customer preferences
- A passion for delivering high-quality food and service
