Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen activities and ensure smooth operation
- Create innovative menus and recipes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver top-notch service
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to control costs effectively
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction
Skills
