Job Description

We have 3 positions a available across 2 sites. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and managing kitchen operations efficiently. The ability to work alone and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all kitchen activities and ensure smooth operation

- Create innovative menus and recipes while maintaining high-quality standards

- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver top-notch service

- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with food safety regulations

- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to control costs effectively

- Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills

- Strong team management and leadership abilities

- Proficient in supervising kitchen operations and staff

- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and practices

- Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair for menu development

- Experience in kitchen management and food production

- Ability to cook a variety of cuisines with precision

- Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
