We are currently planned to have our full refurbishment at the end of July and we are looking for new Chefs to join our team! This is a really exiting and important time for us and we want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences while leading and supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Train new kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the capability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment. Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
