John Fowler Holidays - South Bay require a Chef/Cook/Kitchen Manager to run our Chefs Corner for the 2026 Holiday Season.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while managing a vibrant food service environment that values teamwork, creativity, and operational excellence. Thus whilst being very financially rewarding.

This role may also be suitable for a couple or worked as a partnership.

On site Living Accommodation is Available if Required.

Lead daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain top-tier quality standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing mentorship and training to foster a cohesive and motivated team. Oversee menu planning and development, incorporating diverse culinary techniques and dietary considerations. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
