Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen resources
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary requirements and innovative culinary trends
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service
Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling, training new team members, and maintaining operational flow during busy periods
Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
Demonstrated supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen setting
Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation standards
Background in banquet operations, catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable
