We are looking for a Chef/ or Kitchen Manager to join the kitchen team.
Serving a wide variety of food starting with breakfast, moving to a lunch/ evening menu. Covering traditional pub classics, light bites, a selection of authentic Thai/ Indonesian dishes and Sunday carvery.
You will be able to refresh the current menus with your ideas and liaise with the GM to implement any changes you believe will help grow the business. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to utilise their culinary knowledge to make their mark on the kitchen.
We operate 6 days a week with no split shifts.
Hours of food service:
Monday: Closed
Tues & Weds: 9.30am - 3pm
Thurs & Friday: 9.30am - 8pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 5/8pm
Sunday: 8.30am - 3pm
Second Wednesday of every month 5.30-9pm
Saturday's are dependent upon the event. Sometimes food service finishes early allowing time to prepare the food requirements for private events.

Rate of pay will depend on experience and whether the applicant us seeking full or part-time employment.
