Mad Squirrel Tap Hertford

We are looking for a chef/kitchen supervisor to manage our new small pizza kitchen in Hertford. This person will ensure that it is organised, efficient and serves our food offerings to the highest possible standard. The chosen candidate will also be heavily involved in working with the rest of the bar and front of house team.

Duties & Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to

Manage the day-to-day of the kitchen. Produce our offerings to the best possible standards Stock Management, food ordering Efficient food preparation practices. Train staff effectively. Ensure that all hygiene and cleaning standards are met efficiently Helping to create new recipe and food presentation ideas.

Job Requirements

At least 1 years experience in food/catering or similar job role. Ability to cook to a good standard with a high level of confidence in the kitchen. Exceptional organisational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
