Various positions available for the new opening
We are looking for a range of candidates to start from June 2025 until September 2025
General Manager
We are looking for a general manager with both restaurant and deli experience. you will be able to deal with suppliers and be really customer delivery-focused. You will also be able to manage a team
ROLE NOW FILLED
Head Chef - Counters
This head chef will be the face to the front kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and jump into sections when needed
NOW FILLED
Head chef - Breakfast
The head chef will run the breakfast and prep kitchen, you will ensure the prep kitchen and breakfast runs smoothly.

Butcher
The butcher will manager the butchers counter
ROLE FILLED
Fishmonger
As a fishmonger you will fillet the fish, set up the counter and serve customers
ROLE FILLED, SORRY
Sous chef - Breakfast
As a sous chef you will manage the breakfast offering with the head chef and work in the prep kitchen as well
Head sushi chef
A head sushi chef is required to run the sushi section, you will have japanese sushi knowledge
Sous chef - Spanish food
You will create amazing small plates, using great spanish dishes
Deputy Manager
You will run the retail side and be a deputy manager
ROLE FILLED
Sous chef - Counters
As a sous chef for the counters, you will cook to order and creat some amazing dishes
Restaurant manager
As a restaurant manager you will run the restaurant side on a day to day basis
Other roles
As well as the above, we will require chef de parties, Supervisors, and other roles
