Duties
Oversee daily operations of the front of house to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen facilities.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and efficient workflow.
Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food production and preparation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership abilities, fostering a positive team environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in serving or front of house roles is highly desirable.
