Bosworth Leisure Ltd operates the Prince Llewelyn Hotel & Tanronnen Inn, nestled in the stunning Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. Our family and dog-friendly venues offer a welcoming atmosphere and rooms, complemented by a bar and restaurant that provides an exceptional experience for our guests.

Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our team. You'll be working at both of the venues in the same village and being supported by both of our head chefs. Two different menus and more variety within a single role.

Responsibilities

The preparation and presentation of meals to the highest standards. Help to maintain the health and hygiene of the kitchen. Assist Food deliveries and stock control.

Requirements

NO experience necessary, we will train you! A communicator, we want people who can speak up and communicate effectively. Calm under pressure Food Hygiene (Level 2) - not essential (can be provided) Ability to drive! We are remote and buses do not run past 19:00. Shifts are anytime between 07:30 and 22:30 daily.
The role offers flexible working working anytime between 07:30 until 22:30. We may consider full time for the right candidate.

Your hours can be arranged around personal commitments but must include two weekends per month (every other weekend). You got it!.... we offer weekends off!

Whilst this role offers flexibility in working hours, flexibility to support business needs when required are desired. We operate through the Christmas and New Year periods too.
