We are seeking a team of talented Chefs to join our team at Grove Green Inns Ltd, located in the heart of our community. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality meals that align with our commitment to excellent service and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality. Manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to foster a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Develop and implement new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of kitchen supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Support the head chef Kitchen prep and organisation

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff.
