We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated chef and sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Ensure all food production meets safety and hygiene regulations, adhering to food safety protocols
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to optimise kitchen efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Support the development of new menu items and contribute to menu planning
Serve food to guests when required, maintaining excellent customer service standards
Monitor food presentation and ensure consistency across all dishes served
Requirements
Proven Supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting
Extensive Food production and culinary experience, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively
Proficiency in Food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Previous Kitchen experience with a solid understanding of hospitality operations
Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of Food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
Experience in Restaurant environments with an emphasis on serving high-quality dishes
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
