We are currently seeking a skilled Chemical Dosing Supervisor to join our team of skilled Engineers. What's the role:
Investigate and remediate water services-related issues using strong plumbing and mechanical skills
Maintain and manage logbooks and write technical Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Design to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Supervise the daily activities of CDS engineers, ensuring the effective delivery of chemical dosing treatment systems, and water quality monitoring equipment installations for the water industry.
Take responsibility for the efficient planning and utilisation of available resources, maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.
Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and health and safety practices throughout all operations.
Liaise with clients as required, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships to ensure project success
What you'll need:
The role requires flexible working hours and includes business travel.
Ideally, candidates should possess a qualification of at least City & Guilds level in Plumbing or an equivalent NVQ Level 3, along with a completed plumbing apprenticeship and experience in the water or associated industries.
Previous supervisory experience, including planning and organisation of resources and budget control, is essential.
IOSH would be advantageous but not crucial (training given).
A valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required.
