About the Role





As a Chemical Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and scaling up low-carbon technologies. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving hydrogen systems, circular economy solutions, and energy recovery, using advanced tools like ASPEN, COMSOL, MATLAB, Python, and CFD simulations.



This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise in process modelling, AI-based optimisation, and physics-based design to real-world challenges in the foundation industries.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and validate advanced process models and CFD simulations. Integrate experimental data and AI tools to optimise system performance. Support pilot plant operations and industrial-scale technology deployment. Conduct risk assessments and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance. Contribute to techno-economic analyses and process control strategies.

What We're Looking For




Degree (or PhD) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering. Strong skills in process modelling, CFD, and data-driven optimisation. Solid understanding of physical principles and process validation. High aptitude for learning, adaptability, and value-driven thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.




Desirable Extras


Experience with hydrogen technologies, sustainable cement, or circular economy. Knowledge of industrial decarbonisation and process safety. Experience presenting technical work at conferences or workshops.
