Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by manufacturing, filling off, labelling, sorting finished goods to correct stock locations, preparing goods for Dispatch, picking raw materials for loading into Mixers.

The role is primarily in Production, operating high pressure reactors, chemical blending vessels, loading and decanting mixers, operating Fork Lift Trucks. Lifting and loading 25kg bags / Raw Materials.

This position requires a keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production cycle, previous experience in a similar role advantageous, however full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing, filling off & storing of products. Operating High Pressure Chemical Reactors. Follow detailed Manufacturing Orders & WOPS to ensure quality. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues. Support warehouse operations, including the movement of materials and finished products, unloading and loading of goods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience working in a Chemical Manufacturing Environment. Experience moving chemicals with Fork Lift Trucks. Previous experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Facility essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively as part of a team & independently while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fork Lift Truck counterbalance license holder essential.
