Are you a qualified Chemotherapy Nurse passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised care? This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care in patients' homes, offering treatment and holistic support that makes a genuine difference in their lives.
You'll play a key role in administering a variety of chemotherapy treatments for haematological and solid tumour diagnoses, in line with individual care plans. Based in Oxford with regional travel, you'll support patients throughout their treatment journey, empowering them with compassionate, expert care in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer cytotoxic chemotherapy treatments safely and effectively
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patients' response to treatment
Document all clinical activity accurately and report adverse drug events appropriately
Deliver patient-centred care that supports individual needs and treatment outcomes
Build long-lasting, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders
Maintain clinical competencies and up-to-date knowledge through ongoing professional development
What You'll Need
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Qualified and experienced in administering cytotoxic chemotherapy
Confident in venepuncture, cannulation, and clinical assessment
Excellent communication and time management skills
Full UK driving licence (essential, due to travel requirements)
