Supply Primary Teacher - Chichester (Short-term & Day-to-Day)

Location: Chichester, West Sussex


Hours: Flexible - short-term and day-to-day cover (term time)


Start Date: ASAP


Salary: 120-140 per day for short-term/day-to-day cover; paid to scale for long-term placements.


We're building a trusted team of supply primary teachers to cover short-term and day-to-day assignments across Chichester. If you're adaptable, organised and enjoy variety across key stages, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


o Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.


o Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, constructive environment.


o Provide clear feedback on pupil progress and any issues for the returning teacher.


o Adapt to different year groups, routines and school policies quickly.





Skills & Experience / What We're Looking For:


o Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


o Confidence working across primary age ranges and with diverse groups of learners.


o Strong classroom management and organisational skills.


o Reliability, flexibility and good communication with school staff.
