Job Summary


We are a local charity set up to develop state of the art provision for children with Motor Disabilities due to Neurological impairment and thereby give them access to a range of evidence-based therapies of sufficient quality and quantity to enable them to become the best version of themselves.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation towards sustained growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supervising teams and managing financial operations. As the highest-ranking executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic goals, fostering organisational culture, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Duties



Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals to drive growth and profitability. Provide leadership and direction to senior management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Oversee organisational operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and the board of directors. Lead organisational change initiatives to adapt to market trends and optimise performance. Monitor industry developments to identify opportunities for expansion or diversification. Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance its profile.

Requirements



Formal Qualification in Medical, Nursing or Physical Therapy field. Formal Management Qualification at Level 3 or above. Extensive senior management experience A successful history of delivering new or start up projects from inception to maturity. A demonstratable record of recruiting and managing successful teams in a care environment. Demonstrate experience of senior involvement with professional and industry bodies to implement best practice within your organisation. Demonstrate experience of influencing health policy, through engagement with local politicians, the Northern Ireland Assembly and the Northern Ireland Health Commitee. Proven experience in management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities at executive level. Supervising experience with a strong ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative working environments. Extensive knowledge of financial management principles including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation for organisations circa 1 Million+ PA. Extensive experience of fundraising for more than one charitable organisation. Exceptional strategic thinking skills coupled with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure. Pay: 39,000.00-55,000.00 per year
