Core West Group is a multinational corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, market and sector assessments, market entry strategy, trade finance, and real estate investment and development.
We are leading a venture to expand our operations in the UK and are assembling a world-class board of directors with proven experience in investment banking and corporate finance.
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to join the firm at a board level, to steer and oversee the firms UK operations. The role constitutes both a leadership (internal) and client relationship management (external) focus.
Candidates are required to have an extensive understanding of investment banking and corporate finance with demonstrated knowledge and background in the sector.
The position is accompanied by a remuneration package that is commensurate with a c-suite position, consisting of a director's fee, bonus incentive structure, and shareholding in the operating entity to underscore the contribution and responsibility carried with the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 250,000.00 per year
Experience:
Investment banking: 10 years (preferred)
corporate finance: 10 years (preferred)
