The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Transport for London (TfL) is responsible for overseeing the organisation's budget to ensure sustainable funding for its short-, medium- and long-term goals, including the delivery of the Mayor's Transport Strategy. The CFO ensures financial stewardship across TfL's business plan and Investment Programme and leads the Procurement & Commercial, Technology Products, and Operations functions. The role also plays a key part in shaping TfL's Technology and Revenue Strategy.
As a member of TfL's Executive Committee and the Commissioner's leadership team, the CFO shares collective accountability for strategic decision-making and the overall management of TfL.
