Core West Group is a multinational corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, market and sector assessments, market entry strategy, trade finance, and real estate investment and development.

We are leading a venture to expand our operations in the UK and are assembling a world-class board of directors with proven experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the board of directors of the firm. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the financial structure of the company covering banking and other financial relationships, financial reporting and compliance with local and international tax and financial reporting requirements, oversight of the company's income and expenditure, allocation of financial resources to meet current and future financial obligations, budgeting and setting income and expenditure targets to ensure the firm performs within its projected range of income and expenditure targets, amongst other related activities as prescribed by the board and principal director - in line with the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Candidates are required to have an extensive understanding of investment banking and corporate finance with demonstrated knowledge and background in the sector.

The position is augmented by an attractive remuneration package commensurate with a c-suite position, consisting of a director's fee, bonus structure, and shareholding in the operating entity to underscore the contribution and responsibility carried with the role.

Pay: From 250,000.00 per year
