Lead Finance at a Supercar Brand Like No Other

We build ultra?high?performance, beautifully engineered cars--and we're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to power the next chapter. As CFO, you'll partner the CEO, shape Group strategy, and set the financial discipline that keeps innovation fearless and sustainable across the business.

Commercial edge: Embed profitability and cost discipline across engineering, manufacturing, programmes and commercial operations. Scale what's possible: Modernise our finance systems and champion data?driven decision?making to match the pace of a pioneering, product?led organisation.

What you'll lead

Group budgeting, forecasting, long?range planning, and performance management--backed by transparent Board reporting. Cash flow, working capital, treasury and liquidity, with tight controls and compliance. Investment appraisal and programme governance for major product programmes and manufacturing operations. A high?performing finance team built on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

What you bring

Proven CFO/senior finance leadership in complex, product?led environments (automotive, engineering, manufacturing, luxury goods). Board?level gravitas with strategic, analytical and hands?on problem?solving capability. Finance transformation track record and scalable operations--ideally with North American market exposure. Inspirational team leadership and stakeholder management.
