The Role
------------
We're looking for a
Chief Growth & Marketing Officer
to own
growth end-to-end
at Incard.
This role sits at the intersection of
product, data, and distribution
. You will define and execute how Incard scales from
early-stage traction to tens of thousands of active businesses
, while shaping our category narrative.
This is not a brand-only role.
It's a
product-led, analytics-driven leadership role
.
Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Product-Led Growth
Define Incard's
product-led growth (PLG)
strategy
Turn product features into scalable acquisition and retention loops
Partner closely with Product and Data to drive activation, engagement, and monetization
Own experimentation and continuous optimization across the funnel
Acquisition & Distribution
Own and scale Incard's acquisition channels, including:
+ SEO & content
+ Partnerships & affiliates
+ Founder-led and community-driven growth
+ Paid acquisition where ROI is proven Prioritize scalable, defensible channels over short-term wins
Analytics, Tracking & Measurement
Own growth analytics and performance tracking
Define and monitor KPIs across:
+ CAC, LTV, payback period
+ Activation and cohort retention
+ Feature adoption and conversion Build a clean, reliable attribution and tracking stack
Ensure all growth initiatives are measurable and data-backed
Brand, Positioning & Narrative
Shape Incard's positioning as the
Financial OS for digital businesses
Ensure alignment between product, brand, and growth messaging
Build a clear, confident, premium brand trusted by founders
Lead category-level storytelling rather than campaign-based marketing
Lifecycle & Revenue Expansion
Own lifecycle marketing from onboarding to expansion
Drive paid conversion, upsell, and retention through product education and usage
Design smart, relevant lifecycle journeys that improve revenue per customer
Team & Leadership
Build and lead a lean, high-performing Growth & Marketing team
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership
Operate with founder-level ownership and accountability
What We're Looking For

Experience
Senior growth or marketing leadership experience at a
high-growth startup or scale-up
Proven track record of scaling a product from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Experience with
product-led growth
in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or platform businesses
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Skills & Mindset
Strong analytical and data-driven approach
Deep understanding of SEO, funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing
Product-oriented thinker with strong execution skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
High ownership, high standards, low ego
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, or e-commerce ecosystems
Experience scaling across multiple European markets
Background in category creation or early market positioning
