What You'll Be Doing
Build and Own GTM Strategy:
Architect and execute global go-to-market plans across multiple verticals and geographies, working closely with product, sales, and leadership.
Fuel Demand & Pipeline:
Launch and manage targeted demand generation campaigns aimed at B2B, and institutional clients--driving measurable revenue growth.
Oversee Performance & Growth Marketing:
Leverage digital and organic channels (Google Ads, SEO, social, etc.) and lead full-funnel marketing execution using tools like HubSpot.
Champion Product Marketing:
Position and communicate the value of a rapidly expanding product suite with precision, clarity, and relevance across diverse customer segments.
Drive Ecosystem & Channel Collaboration:
Partner with resellers, distributors, and alliances to scale presence through third-party enablement and joint marketing efforts.
Represent the Brand:
Step confidently onto the global stage--at investor meetings, conferences, and strategic events--as a credible face of the company.
Inspire & Scale the Team:
Lead a nimble, high-performing marketing team, managing both in-house resources and agency partners.
What We're Looking For
10+ years
of marketing leadership experience in
EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise software
.
Strong
B2B growth background
, with hands-on expertise in performance marketing and
GTM planning
.
Prior experience operating in
global or multicultural markets
is essential.
High execution bias -- this is not a "pure strategy" role. We're looking for someone who gets things done.
Familiarity with
HubSpot
, paid media platforms, and growth tools.
Clear, confident communicator with the presence to engage stakeholders, boards, and investors.
Previous startup or scale-up experience preferred; enterprise + startup crossover ideal.
