Your role
We're looking for a strategic, sharp and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with our co-CEO & co-Founder and wider executive team to drive key company-wide initiatives, streamlining communication and execution across our teams and markets as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast and brings structure to chaos.
What You Will Be Doing:
Work directly with the co-CEO & co-Founder acting as his right hand
Lead and support company strategic planning and key initiatives
Drive OKRs setting and accountability across teams within Fintech Farm and our local neobanks
Facilitate effective internal communication, ensuring the right information flows across the company
Act as a general problem solver and thought partner to the co-CEO&co-Founder and executive team - bringing data, clarity and critical thinking to complex issues
Prepare content and insights for board meetings and investor updates
Who you are
7+ years' experience in a top-tier strategy consulting, PE or tech scale-up, prior experience in a similar role is preferred
A self starter, who doesn't take "No" for an answer
Strategic and structured thinker with strong execution muscle - you can both design the plan and get it done
Able to handle multiple priorities and enjoy operating at speed
Have high energy levels and a positive attitude
Able to quickly build trust with key stakeholders, comfortable working closely with senior execs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferably sector experience in consumer banking / fintech / payments
International experience, preferably in emerging markets
