Nuggit is a creator accelerator that helps YouTube creators grow their channels and build sustainable media businesses. We combine financing with value-add services and brand partnerships, positioning ourselves as a full-service platform for creators and advertisers alike.

We're still a small team, but we've already achieved significant traction with over $1m invested and partnerships with top creators including Khaby Lame, AFTV, and Jonathan Joly. About the Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the centre of company strategy and operations. You will act as a lieutenant to the CEO, driving cross-functional initiatives and supporting both strategic projects. This role provides unparalleled exposure to all aspects of the business and can serve as a launchpad into other functional leadership roles after 12-18 months.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Finance:

Support CEO on financial planning, business decision making, board prep, reporting, and fundraising

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Drive alignment and execution across teams on behalf of CEO, such as through running all-hands, goal setting, performance tracking, and accountability & incentive programs

Product Development:

Help develop our product and build the early processes and tech infrastructure to support business operations

Special Projects:

Own other high priority projects that do not clearly fall under any function, such as leadership hiring, contract negotiations, press relations

Candidate Requirements

2-4 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or start-up (operations/strategy/finance/product roles) Top university graduate (or track record of excellence) Strong problem solving and analytical skills; quantitative background and/or previous experience in financial modeling highly preferred Highly ambitious, hardworking, organised person with exceptional people, communication, and leadership skills Has entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys working in a startup environment which can be unstructured, fast-paced, hands on etc Willing to commute to Norwich 1-2 times per week (fully reimbursed)

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
