Core West Group is a multinational corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, market and sector assessments, market entry strategy, trade finance, and real estate investment and development.

We are leading a venture to expand our operations in the UK and are assembling a world-class board of directors with proven experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join the firms board of directors, to steer and oversee the firms UK operations and client engagements. The role primarily constitutes a focus on client relationship management, business development and oversight of internal resources to ensure client requirements are met and service standards are maintained.

Candidates are required to have an extensive understanding of investment banking and corporate finance with demonstrated knowledge and background in the sector, an established network in investment banking accompanied by a network (or proven networking skills) with companies seeking funds is essential.

The position is augmented by an attractive remuneration package commensurate with a c-suite position, consisting of a director's fee, bonus structure, and shareholding in the operating entity to underscore the contribution and responsibility carried with the role.
