As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a
Head of Operations
to
own our entire operational and aftersales function
, building it from the ground up, driving efficiencies, and creating a
best-in-class customer experience

The Opportunity
This role is

We're looking for someone who will:
Take full ownership of
aftersales operations
, including:
Supplier management
Logistics and delivery coordination
Warehouse processes and stock control
Fitting team management
Customer service and complaints resolution
Build and implement scalable systems
from scratch, ensuring operational excellence as we grow.
Continuously improve processes
, leveraging technology (HubSpot CRM and other tools) to automate and streamline wherever possible.
Be excited by a

This is a role for a
builder
, someone who thrives on taking a blank canvas and turning it into a fully functioning, efficient, and profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead all operational functions
, including aftersales, logistics, warehouse, installation teams, and customer service.
Design, define, and implement
best-in-class processes for every stage of the customer journey, from supplier delivery to customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product flow.
Recruit, train, and develop a
high-performing operations team
.
Identify and deploy technology and automation to streamline processes (e.g., HubSpot workflows).
Track and report on KPIs to ensure consistent improvement and accountability.
Take a
hands-on approach
to problem-solving, especially during periods of rapid growth.
Be a
champion of customer experience
, ensuring complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience
in operations leadership, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
Track record of
building processes and teams from scratch
in a high-growth or start-up environment.
Tech-savvy
with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools.
Highly organised, data-driven, and results-focused.
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and
thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment

Hands-on, proactive, and commercially astute.
