Here's why you'll be great in this role...
Proven experience in a c-suite HR role within a fast paced, high growth
Ideally you will have experience in the Technology sector, within a large corporate/private equity backed environment
Demonstrable experience in delivering successful talent strategies to drive organisation growth and development
You must hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
Strong generalist HR knowledge with deep expertise in organisational development
Experience leading through growth, change and scaling challenges
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
