Are you a seasoned Pharmacy Technician with a passion for innovation and patient-centred care? This is your opportunity to take the lead in one of the most exciting areas of modern medicine--clinical trials.



At the heart of our Clinical Trials Pharmacy Team, you'll be part of a dynamic group managing over 400 active trials--from early-phase dose-finding studies to large-scale phase 3 trials. With the rise of personalised and precision medicine, there's never been a more thrilling time to get involved.



We're on the lookout for a Chief Pharmacy Technician who's proactive, detail-driven, and ready to shape the future of our pharmacy clinical trials service. You'll work closely with our sponsors, R&D teams and wider pharmacy team to ensure the safe, efficient, and patient-focused delivery of investigational medicines across the Trust.



Lead and manage the pharmacy clinical trials technical and support team, ensuring high performance and professional development.



Oversee the set-up, delivery, and monitoring of clinical trials in dispensaries, clinical research facilities, and trial units.



Ensure full GCP/GMP and regulatory compliance in all trial-related processes, SOPs, and documentation.



Collaborate with R&D, Sponsors, and CROs to support trial design, set-up, and operational delivery.



Manage investigational product sourcing, accountability, and financial recovery for sponsored studies.



Drive service improvements, audit readiness, and best practice sharing across clinical trials pharmacy.
