TopDrawerManagement Ltd (TDM) is a agency powering the online creator economy. We provide full support to OnlyFans creators, including CRM-driven account sales management, social media marketing, financial advisory, tax planning, banking solutions, welfare services, and much more. We operate out of interactive 24 hour office in the heart of the midlands that includes a gym and spa facilities as an added perk of the job!

We started as a friends and family business and over the past 2 years the team has expanded into all areas of the world with some of our contractors residing overseas. We're now looking for a CTO who's excited to make an impact within a modern companyto drive forward our ambitious roadmap, lead our development team, and act as the technical force behind our next phase of growth.

The Role

We're seeking a highly driven, creative, and hands-on CTO to take full ownership of our tech strategy, delivery, and team leadership. This isn't a hands-off role we want a builder, innovator, and problem-solver. You'll be central to delivering key projects such as:

Building out custom API integrations with platforms like OnlyFans (which lacks an open API) Developing and scaling high performance websites that help us recruit creators and drive subscriber traffic Implementing tech solutions to track, report, and optimise sales performance, conversions, and financial metrics
We're looking for someone who not only has the technical expertise, but can lead with empathy, energy, and clear direction.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the internal tech team which is currently 5 members, growing to 10+ over the next few years Oversee architecture, security, and scalability of all TDM owned platforms Act as project lead for all web funnels, internal tooling, API development, and technical integrations Serve as a technical advisor to the founders and contribute to strategic business decisions Work closely with our backend team to accelerate delivery of our proprietary data platform for creator analytics Stay ahead of tech trends, algorithm changes (especially in adult and restricted industries), and growth hacking strategies Cultivate a positive engineering culture focused on mentorship, excellence, and innovation

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., CTO, Head of Engineering, Lead Architect) within a similar sector Strong background in web development, systems architecture, and API design Leadership experience with small to mid sized tech teams (bonus for experience growing a team) Excellent problem solving skills, especially when it comes to working in industries with unique restrictions (adult, gambling, fintech, etc.) Open minded and professional attitude toward working in the adult content and creator economy Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Available to work onsite in Birmingham 3-4 days per week, with flexible hybrid arrangements

Desirable Experience

Previous experience at a company like MindGeek, Strip Chat, Love Honey, XVideos, Gamma Entertainment or in a similar industry Familiarity with tools such as Infloww, Stripe, Webhooks, Affiliate Tracking, or funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.) Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to align tech with organic marketing efforts Experience building scalable dashboards or analytics tools from scratch
