We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Childcare Provider
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in your care. This position requires a nurturing individual who can create a positive environment while effectively communicating with both children and their families.This position is to run an after-school
wrap-around
club at a school based inStaffordshire, ST9.
This will take place on a weekly basis onMondays, 3:15pm-4:15pm, term time only.
Duties
Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment. Create fun and stimulating lesson plan to meet children's individual needs Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Ensure that the childcare environment is clean, organised, and conducive to learning.
Requirements
Previous experience in childcare or supervising roles is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues. A valid driving licence is preferred to access location to school Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months or willingness to have a new DBS check processed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
