Exciting opportunity for a confident Child Care specialist to join our vocational training team based in Plymouth City Centre.
Salary: 23,346.00 per annum
Hours: 34 per week

Our standard full-time working week is 34 hours, usually Monday to Friday (although some flexibility may be required depending on the sector in which you work). The Job Role:
Delivering consistent, high quality vocational training within the Child Care and Education further education sector, including Apprenticeships.
The Candidate
:
Qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant subject (Children & Young People's Settings, Early Years Educator, Residential Childcare, School Support or similar);
Hold current teaching and assessing qualifications or ability to deliver training and assess learners' work;
Recent experience in or knowledge of the Child Care sector and curriculum;
Have good organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload;
Demonstrate confident, consistent quality of training delivery and assessment practice;
Able to meet recruitment and retention targets to develop and maintain own caseload through excellent working relationships with local employers to promote ATL services in the workplace;
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
