Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and performing in front of an audience, ensuring that every event is memorable and enjoyable for our guests. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for managing the overall experience of the party, from planning to execution, while providing exceptional service and support. Following our training and guidance, you will engage with and entertain a large group of children and parents across various venues in the North West. You will bring endless energy to your work, highly proactive and a master of multi tasking. All eyes are on you and the birthday child get's one party so confidence in hosting the perfect party is key.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event. Coordinate all aspects of the party, including setup, party activities and breakdown. Manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Entertain and perform our highly popular running order with confidence, energy and enthusiasm at every event. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery during events. Oversee party activities to ensure they run smoothly and according to plan. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the event space before, during, and after the party.

Requirements

Driving is essential for this role. Please do not apply if you do not have a full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is essential. Pay: 300.00-1,500.00 per month
