Education 1st requires mentors to join our existing team to lead / engage with offsite / onsite activities for children at various venues across Bristol and surrounding areas.

As an Alternative Learning Provision working with some of the most vulnerable children and young adults aged 8 - 25 across Bristol and surrounding areas, we are committed to delivering personalised support that meets each learner's social, emotional, mental health and educational needs.

Through care, consistency and high quality mentoring, we help our young people build confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with learning - opening pathways to brighter futures

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and be able to follow diligent processes and procedures to aid them to achieve the best outcomes for our young people through a desire to want to support young people through challenging periods and circumstances in their lives.

Candidates will be subject to a DBS enhanced check, must have access to a car during working hours and hold a full UK driving license.
