Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Stepping Stones Nursery School - Amersham.

The setting has 2 rooms - toddlers and pre-school. they care for children between 9 months and 5 years.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development. Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care

Role responsibilities include:


Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children. To observe, plan and assess children's learning and development within the EYFS framework. Develop positive partnership with parents.

Requirements;

A Level 2 Childcare qualification is essential You must be able to gain a clear DBS- bonus if you are on on the update service Preferably have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent or willing to work towards them

Hours;

Stepping Stones Nursery School is open from 7:45am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work 14 hours per week
