Childcare Apprenticeship - BeBright Bunnies

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at BeBright Bunnies.

Play is multi-faceted, taking many different forms. Unlike many other activities, play is not defined by an end product but as a process where children can learn and explore the world around them, make decisions, follow their interests, and take responsibility for their actions.

We offer a play-based curriculum, where children can move freely between all areas indoors and outdoors for most of the day. In early childhood education, the richest play and discovery takes place when it is supported by adults who are ready to judge when to join in and when not to, and when to teach a new skill or introduce a new concept. We think that this is done best when children can revisit high-quality play experiences every day, week, month year, refining their skills and developing their understanding, until they become experts in their skills


BeBright Bunnies have 5 rooms, which includes x2 baby rooms, will be required to work in the baby room as well.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Provide a safe and nurturing environment: Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Planning and implementing activities: Creating lesson plans and setting up engaging activities that promote learning and development alongside other staff. Observing and assessing progress: Regularly observing and assessing each child's progress to identify areas needing extra support. Communicating with parents and professionals: Sharing findings with parents and other professionals to ensure well rounded support for children and parents. Safeguarding and protection: Implementing safeguarding measures to protect children from harm and ensuring their safety and well-being

Requirements;

A Level 2 Childcare qualification would be desirable or at least 6 months experience in a nursery setting You must be able to gain a clear DBS Preferably have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent

Hours;

BeBright Bunnies is open from 7:15am - 6:15pm Monday to Friday (All year) The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week 8 hours shift pattern
