Level 2 and Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Eco Montessori

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 or 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Eco Montessori.


At Eco Montessori, we provide exceptional childcare for families in central Winchester and the picturesque village of West Tytherley, nestled on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border. Our nurseries are designed with your child's needs at the heart of everything we do, offering a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where they can thrive.


As a family-run business with over 25 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of care. Our dedicated and highly qualified staff, spanning all age groups, are passionate about providing the loving attention and enriching experiences your child deserves. We offer year-round full-day care for children aged six months to school age, as well as a holiday club, at our West Tytherley setting for children aged four to eleven.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Build effective relationships and fully engage with children on a one to one basis, parents and colleagues Create safe and stimulating environments in line with the EYFS and our ethos Observe, assess and plan to support the individual needs of children Understand, implement and keep up to date with safeguarding, health and safety and welfare policies Act as role models in order to support colleagues' (in particular Nursery Assistants) and children's development 'Step up' to deputise for the Supervisor in their absence and as required Support Nursery Assistants to develop and progress

Requirements;

You must be able to gain a clear DBS GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
First aid

Hours;

Eco Montessori is open from 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week over 4 days
