Childcare Apprenticeship - Level 3 - Harestock Nursery

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Harestock Nursery.


Harestock Nursery is a privately owned and managed nursery set in a convenient location on the outskirts of Winchester offering places for 60 children from 6 months up to 5 years.

The staff will guide each individual child along their own individual learning trail.

A trained experienced team of staff who will be provided with support and who will be given the opportunity to develop and grow with continuous professional development.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Help in the room with planning activities Support all aspects of personal care, including feeding toileting, nappy changing Assist with development and play and social interaction Supporting the children's development Keeping and updating the children's records Tidying away and housekeeping duties Will become a key person once more experience is gained

Hours;

The setting runs all year round and is open from 08:00am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work over 40 hours per week with various shift patterns to be discussed

Requirements;

Level 2 Childcare Qualification is Desired but not essential You must be able to gain a clear DBS Have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
